Customs and import taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • If you're from Europe, you will have to pay customs fees. 

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs would be prior to purchase.


Shipping

I ship from Mexico. 

  • All orders are shipped by Correos de Mexico using Economy shipping.
  • All orders are tracked. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY TAKE FROM 4-10 weeks to arrive, might be a longer wait depending on the country.  Signature is required for delivery

If you purchased a preorder combined with a stock item keep in mind your order will be shipped once the preorder item is available.

What are preorders? A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. Doing preorders helps me get the funds for the items and get the idea of how many I should order from the company that produces it.


Misplaced or lost items

I, as the seller/store, cannot be responsible for packages misplaced or lost by courier services.

Any delivery issues should be reported directly to your local courier, as I have no affiliation with them and cannot influence the shipping process.

Once the order it's left at the post office I'm not responsible.

It's the customer's responsibility to track the package.

Please do not place any orders if this is unacceptable to you.


Returns & exchanges

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

I will not offer refunds for:

  • Damaged goods: it's completely out of my control once I drop it off the post office.
  • Unclaimed packages that are returned to me.
  • If you write wrong your address.

A second attempt in delivery might be done if buyer covers the cost of shipping.
